Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations for premier residential communities. You will lead on-site teams, manage relationships with Boards and homeowners, and ensure service excellence in line with company values.

Ideal candidate has HOA high-rise experience and CMCA certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months. Compensation ranges from $140k to $160k per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience; HOA high-rise preferred.
• CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Willingness to attend evening Board meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Serve as primary liaison between Board, homeowners, and Action Property Management.
• Attend Board meetings and prepare detailed management reports with strategic recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain high property quality, safety, and service.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
