Job summary

Action Property Management seeks an experienced Senior HOA Property Manager to lead a high-rise luxury community in Los Angeles. You will partner with the Board, oversee daily operations, resident services, and onsite staff to maintain exceptional standards of service and property performance.

The role requires 8–10+ years in HOA/high-rise management, capital projects experience, and strong financial acumen. CMCA/PCAM preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred; competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of HOA/high-rise property management experience.
• Experience managing luxury residential or similarly complex properties.
• CMCA certification preferred or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with Boards of Directors and sophisticated resident populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Board of Directors' primary advisor and strategic partner.
• Oversee daily building operations, resident services, amenities, facilities, and onsite staff.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
• Oversee $7M+ operating and reserve budgets and partner with the Board on long-term financial planning.
• Manage major capital improvements, repairs, and long-term building planning.
• Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts and service relationships.
