Action Property Management is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and the overall functionality of a premier large-scale residential community. You will lead maintenance, janitorial, and porter teams and partner with the General Manager to implement preventive programs and capital projects.

The role requires strong technical leadership across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, plus experience managing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Experience developing preventive maintenance programs and managing work orders.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and outside contractors.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and facility projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair of community buildings, amenities, equipment, and common areas.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
• Directly supervise Maintenance Technicians, Porters, and Janitorial staff.
• Manage outside contractors and service providers, ensuring quality workmanship and timelines.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety initiatives.
