RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite General Manager with strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding leadership, and excellent planning skills. You will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership for a premier community and build critical relationships with the board and governing entities.

You will guide budgeting, policies, and service delivery while mentoring on-site staff. The role requires strong communication and a track record of delivering fiscally sound operations in

Competenze

• HOA onsite management experience is required.
• 5-10 years of HOA industry experience preferred.
• 5-10 years of leadership experience required.
• Certifications: LSM, PCAM/CCAM, AMS or CMCA preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage timely and quarterly managers' performance evaluations and oversee and sign all employees' quarterly evaluations.
• Oversee the complete operation of the association per board direction, laws, governance and regs.
• Partner with the board to develop and execute the association's vision, mission and direction.
• Liaise with multiple governing entities and community leadership to foster a cohesive environment.
