Aman New York seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist to deliver an elevated guest experience at our flagship Crown Building property. You will be among the first compassionate hosts welcoming guests and coordinating multi-department bookings across F&B, Spa, Front Office, Concierge and Aman Club.

Ideal candidates bring hotel school training, strong communication, and 2–3 years in hospitality or guest services, with a passion for detail in luxury service. On-site position in Manhattan.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of Hotel School or College Degree is a plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality or guest services.

Aufgaben

• Respond to guest bookings requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of suites, rooms, rates, packages, and services.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Spa, Front Office, Concierge, Aman Club and other departments.
• Record guest preferences and maintain profiles in systems.
• Process group rooming lists and arrival details; support operations teams.
