Aman New York in the Crown Building is seeking a Security Manager to lead the security team, oversee safety programs, and liaise with law enforcement. You will protect guests, colleagues and property, and support the Director and Assistant Director of Security in daily operations.

The role requires at least five years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, and a T-89 Certificate of Fitness from FDNY. Fluent English is essential; multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to manage security operations and guest safety with discretion.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high standards for guests and colleagues at all times.
• Oversee day-to-day security operations as directed.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure safety and luxury standards.
• Ensure fire life safety policies align with NYCFD requirements and procedures.
• Train colleagues in emergency procedures and incident reporting.
• Enforce hotel rules and respond to security incidents efficiently.
