Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a concierge team member to assist guests with bookings, reconfirm airline tickets, and arrange restaurant reservations and limousines. You will ensure parcels reach guest rooms, keep the lobby tidy with Housekeeping, and coordinate with departments to satisfy guest needs.

Greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and create memorable experiences. Prior luxury hotel experience, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Customer service oriented with multitasking, detail orientation, and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets.
• Be familiar with local points of interest.
• Arrange restaurant reservations and limousines for guests.
• Deliver parcels and mail to guest rooms.
• Keep the lobby area clean in partnership with Housekeeping.
• Accept other duties as required by management.
• Set up amenities for guests celebrating occasions.
• Prepare special packages with concierge pre-calls.
• Coordinate with other departments to satisfy guest needs.
• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Seek ways to improve the hotel experience for guests.
• Handle special requests (flowers, telegrams, rental cars, etc.).
• Perform any other duties as required by management.
