Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests. You will arrange bookings, guide guests to local attractions, and coordinate restaurant reservations and transportation while maintaining a welcoming, polished presence across public areas.

Candidates should have luxury hotel experience, be flexible for nights and weekends, and possess strong organizational and MS Office skills to support guest needs throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
• Knowledge of the surrounding area and all of its attractions.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities

• Arrange bookings and reconfirm airline tickets.
• Be fully acquainted with points of interest.
• Assist in arranging restaurant reservations and limousines for guests.
• Ensure delivery of parcels, mail and special deliveries to guest rooms.
• Maintain a clean and tidy public area in cooperation with Housekeeping.
• Accept other duties as required by management.
• Set up amenities for guests celebrating special occasions.
• Coordinate special packages and guest experiences.
