Four Seasons Palm Beach, a luxury resort, seeks a Guest Experience Ambassador to implement personalized guest experiences across all areas of the resort. You will work with the Guest Experience Manager and department leaders to coordinate customized experiences, drive service consistency, and strengthen guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in hospitality or luxury service, front-of-house preferred.
• Exceptional guest service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with proactive guest-experience ideas.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to create personalized guest experiences across the guest journey.
• Coordinate guest experience initiatives across resort departments for seamless service.
• Develop and implement guest-centric programs and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure consistent guest experience execution.
• Identify VIP guests and support personalization during their stay.
• Explore innovative ways to deliver anticipatory service experiences.
• Coordinate pre-arrival and post-departure guest communications as needed.
• Work with operations to fulfill guest preferences and requests.
• Measure and report guest experience successes and opportunities to leadership.
• Support resort-wide guest experience initiatives and programs.
• Provide coverage and operational support across Rooms Division as needed.
