Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager to lead the Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, and Retail Boutique teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences within the luxury standard. You will coach and develop staff, manage operations, and drive revenue through promotions and programming.

The role reports to the Director of Spa & Wellness and requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and English communication skills in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent hospitality, wellness, retail, or management experience.
• Luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or related environment management experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of luxury service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for wellness, guest engagement, and team development.
• Ability to identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
• Experience supporting budgets, scheduling and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, and Retail Boutique.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Spa & Wellness team members to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Maintain visible leadership presence and support guests and employees.
• Ensure all Spa & Wellness experiences align with Four Seasons luxury service standards.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management for Spa & Wellness team members.
• Assist with retail promotions, events, wellness activations, and seasonal programming.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and support service recovery when needed.
• Maintain facility presentation, cleanliness, and equipment readiness in all Spa & Wellness areas.
• Partner with resort departments to craft personalized wellness experiences.
• Support inventory management and ordering processes for retail products and supplies.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting initiatives, and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Review departmental performance and identify efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by Spa & Wellness leadership.
