Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality experience is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a similar hospitality role.
• Ability to lead a diverse team with excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VIP guest arrivals and special requests.
• Plan itineraries with guests or travel agents.
• Supervise Front Desk and Guest Service Agents.
• Train staff and provide real-time feedback.
