Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager to lead the Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Retail operations. You will guide team performance, elevate guest experiences, and uphold luxury standards across all wellness services.

You will oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and budget considerations while partnering with resort departments to craft personalized wellness offerings. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent hospitality/management experience.
• Experience managing luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality teams.
• Strong business acumen and luxury service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, and Retail Boutique.
• Lead and develop Spa & Wellness team to ensure guest service excellence.
• Maintain presence across operation, supporting guests and employees.
• Ensure Spa experiences align with Four Seasons luxury standards.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Support promotions, events, and wellness activations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and support service recovery.
