Accorhotel is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to manage group room reservations, room blocks, and VIP arrangements within a luxury environment. You will ensure accurate rooming lists, coordinate with Sales and Revenue Management, and maintain master group accounts to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have luxury hospitality experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Opera and related systems.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems (Opera preferred).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all group room reservations and manage rooming lists.
• Monitor pick-up, cut-off dates, and block utilization.
• Maintain accurate group headers, rate codes, and billing instructions.
• Enter rooming lists and special requests accurately.
• Communicate inventory concerns to Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office, and Sales.
