Job summary

Accor is seeking an Assistant Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division, reporting to the Hotel Manager. You will collaborate with the Directors of Front Office and Housekeeping to deliver luxury service, optimize financial performance, and enhance guest satisfaction while fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.

You will oversee operations, staffing, and service standards, ensuring brand initiatives are followed and guest experiences are consistently exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in Front Office, Housekeeping or Rooms Division in a luxury/upscale hotel environment.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop colleagues and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rooms Division operations and support the Hotel Manager and Directors of Front Office/Housekeeping.
• Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance; drive improvements.
• Oversee staffing, labor management, and performance coaching; maintain strong interdepartmental collaboration.
• Identify and address performance gaps with accountable, timely actions.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide and brand standards; ensure consistent luxury guest experiences.
