Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage VIP communications and respond promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate guest arrangements including room preferences, dining, activities, and special requests.
• Track arrivals, room readiness, and amenities; collaborate with Housekeeping and In-Room Dining.
• Welcome VIPs and ensure a refined arrival experience and during stay.
• Prepare reservations, send pre-arrival communications, and maintain guest records.
• Monitor amenity orders, costs, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain inventory and organize supplies for a polished workspace.
