Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, including inventory, cash wrap, and visual merchandising while building lasting client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, iPad and social selling. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education/experience combination possible.
• Strong English proficiency required; ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; engage in social selling to capture data.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; maintain store operations and inventory.
• Source new customers, follow up, and close sales; support daily store tasks.
