Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory or management experience in Rooms Division.
• Experience in luxury Forbes‑rated hotels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Front Office team members.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and service standards.
• Interview, train, schedule, and evaluate Front Office staff.
• Monitor performance, coach, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee Front Desk, Guest Services, Reservations and related operations.
• Manage scheduling, forecasting, and departmental budgeting considerations.
• Prepare operational and financial reports and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and guest satisfaction.
