Job summary

Trump International Hotel & Tower New York is seeking an Assistant Director of Front Office to join our leadership team. This role supports strategic oversight, administrative management, and the daily delivery of luxury Front Office operations.

The ideal candidate will lead and develop the team, drive outstanding service, oversee daily shifts, and support guest recognition programs and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Front Office Management experience in a luxury hotel
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in OPERA Cloud and ALICE (PMS)
• Proven leadership with training and development
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities with sound judgment under deadline pressure
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering luxury service and high-level guest relations
• 100% flexibility in scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Knowledge of multiple languages preferred
