Trump International Hotel & Tower New York seeks an Assistant Director of Front Office to join our leadership team. This role drives luxury service delivery, oversees daily shift operations, and helps maintain service standards across the Front Office.

The position supports training, guest recognition programs, and loyalty initiatives, requiring 2–3 years of luxury hotel Front Office management and a degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Front Office Management experience (luxury hotel environment required).
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (OPERA Cloud and ALICE preferred).
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in training, coaching, and developing associates.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
