Job summary

InterContinental The Clement Monterey on Cannery Row seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office team in a luxury setting, overseeing check-in/check-out, reservations, guest requests, and lobby presence.

You will coach agents, uphold InterContinental service standards, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver personalized hospitality from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hotel supervisory experience, preferably Front Office or Guest Services.
• Outstanding guest service and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Front Office Agents.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Support daily Front Office operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, guest requests, and lobby presence.
• Train and develop team members while promoting InterContinental standards.
• Monitor scheduling, labor costs, cash handling, and procedures.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments for seamless experiences.
• Support departmental projects and hotel initiatives.
