JOB OVERVIEW: Trump International Hotel and Tower is seeking an Assistant Director of Front Office to join our leadership team. This role assists in the strategic oversight, administrative management, and daily execution of Front Office operations. The ideal candidate will support and lead the team, drive exceptional luxury service delivery, oversee daily shift operations, and ensure strict adherence to our service standards. Additionally, this position assists with associate training and development, guest recognition programs, and maintains guest loyalty.

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of Front Office Management experience (luxury hotel environment required)
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (OPERA Cloud and ALICE preferred)
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in training, coaching, and developing associates
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, good judgment, and decision-making skills under deadline pressure
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Passion for delivering outstanding luxury service and handling high-level guest relations
• 100% flexible in scheduling (full availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
