Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee front office operations, maximize profitability, and maintain Forbes Five Star standards. You will lead staff, manage scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates possess a 4-year degree in Hospitality or Business, plus 2 years of supervisory in Rooms. CPR training is a plus, and language skills beyond English are welcomed.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 4-year college degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business required.
• At least 2 years’ combined experience in supervisory/management position in Rooms Division.
• CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred.
• Strong grooming and professional appearance standards.
• Additional language ability is strongly preferred.
