Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of all areas of the Front Office process.
• Ability to stand at the front desk for long periods of time.
• Maintain highest ethical standards - integrity, honesty, care and fair mindedness.
• Ability to stay composed in high stress/work environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest problems or complaints in conjunction with Management.
• Maintain quality training programs and enforce company policies throughout the department.
• Oversee daily room blocking and ensure accurate front desk operations.
• Greet all guests with high professional standards and warm hospitality.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor Guest History program and communicate needs across departments.
• Keep scheduling flexibility to meet arrival/departure workload.
• Communicate changes and updates through memos, emails, and clear briefings.
