Sanctuary Camelback Mountain is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences during arrival and departure. You will train and mentor front desk staff, uphold service standards, and drive revenue opportunities while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or resort, familiarity with OPERA PMS, and a commitment to professional, high-end guest

The Front Desk Supervisor contributes to Sanctuary Camelback Mountain's success by supporting Front Office leadership in overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the arrival and departure process. This role serves as a hands-on leader who trains, motivates, and develops front desk team members while ensuring service standards, operational accuracy, and revenue opportunities are consistently achieved.
