The Front Desk Supervisor contributes to Sanctuary Camelback Mountain's success by supporting Front Office leadership in overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout the arrival and departure process. This role serves as a hands-on leader who trains, motivates, and develops front desk team members while ensuring service standards, operational accuracy, and revenue opportunities are consistently achieved.
