Sanctuary Camelback Mountain is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to lead daily spa operations, elevate guest experiences, and partner across departments to maintain luxury standards. The role requires proactive leadership, strong team development, and exceptional service mindset in a world-class resort environment.

You will collaborate with Spa leadership to optimize staffing, facility maintenance, and guest satisfaction while upholding the resort's commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in spa/hospitality or luxury guest-service operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory and expense controls.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless, elevated guest and member experience.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, direction, and support to Spa team members.
• Partner with Spa leadership to address staffing needs and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure facilities cleanliness, safety, and adherence to luxury service standards.
• Coordinate operational needs across Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B and other departments.
