Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort seeks a Front Desk Host to deliver a seamless guest experience at our Scottsdale property. You will assist with registration, guide guests on local attractions, and participate across Front Office.

Training across all Front Office areas will be provided to grow your skillset and contribute to exceptional service. The role offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour with 20% commission on upsells, and requires flexibility across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and front desk software.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries.
• Provide information on local attractions, dining, and services.
• Support telephone operations and Grand Club tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Front Office to ensure a seamless guest journey.
