Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Night Audit Associate to oversee the overnight guest registration process and promote hotel services. This role provides a visible, guest-facing presence and directly influences the guest experience through attentive service and upsell opportunities.

Shifts typically run 9pm–7am with a 20% commission on upsells. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable in a fast-paced environment, and able to stand for long periods while handling

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest registration and hotel services during overnight shift.
• Communicate promotions and hotel services to guests.
• Process payments and respond to inquiries.
• Check guests in/out and handle room service orders.
• Support front desk roles for luxury hotels.
