Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Host at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort to deliver exceptional guest service and seamless check-in/check-out experiences. You will participate in all Front Office areas, including Telephone Operator and Grand Club responsibilities, and support guest satisfaction with a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Front Desk and assist with check-in/out.
• Assist with telephone operations and Grand Club activities.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel services.
• Collaborate across Front Office to ensure guest satisfaction.
