Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Host for a full-time role at our Scottsdale property. The position focuses on welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out, and promoting hospitality services with a strong emphasis on guest experience.

You will participate in Front Office operations, including telephone operator duties and Grand Club activities, with training provided across all areas to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in luxury hotel settings preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with the registration process and account settlements.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Answer guest phone calls and promote hotel offerings.
• Participate in Front Office operations and training across areas of Front Desk.
