Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework preferred.
• Experience with PMS and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, setting a professional tone.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and guest records accurately.
• Answer inquiries via phone and in person about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, payments and room assignments with confidentiality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk reflecting the hotel’s standards.
• Provide concierge recommendations for dining, entertainment, transport.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Stand for long periods and perform essential movements.
• Other duties as assigned.
