Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression, you will represent the high standard of hospitality expected at our luxury hotel.

You will utilize hotel systems (Opera preferred) to process reservations, handle inquiries, and assist with guest requests with warmth and professionalism. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a luxury hotel setting or similar.
• Ability to multi-task on several items at once.
• Knowledge of hotel operating systems; Opera preferred.
• Strong communication skills and guest engagement.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register resort guests; explain accommodations and payment methods.
• Check guests in/out using hotel systems and manage daily reports.
• Respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations for maximum satisfaction.
• Assist with guest complaints with high hospitality standards and professionalism.
• Ensure standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met and timely.
