Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in spa, hospitality, front desk or guest services in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide spa information.
• Schedule and coordinate spa appointments.
• Process payments, gift certificates and retail transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
