Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and provide exceptional hospitality at the heart of our luxury property.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, answer questions, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of two years in a front desk or related role and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front office experience or related work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests efficiently and politely, using guest name and assigning room with correct rate.
• Check out guests, settle bills, and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain a balanced bank and reconcile transactions after each shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with hospitality and professionalism.
• Use computer systems to check-in/out, run reports, and manage room blocks.
• Coordinate with Bell Staff and Concierge for guest services and arrivals.
