Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hospitality front desk or similar role.
• English communication required, both spoken and written.
• Experience in luxury environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems with data confidentiality.
