Job summary

The Dunlin, Auberge Collection, is a coastal luxury retreat on Johns Island, SC, seeking a Reservations Agent to orchestrate bespoke guest experiences at the Kiawah River property.

You will handle room inquiries, availability, pricing, and special offers, while delivering warm, professional service and upselling resort experiences. Collaboration with guest services and other departments is essential to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Two years in hospitality, spa, or reservations, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
• Gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests’ inquiries about reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
• Collaborate with the guest service team to resolve challenges and ensure follow-through.
• Ensure accurate and efficient billing and financial transactions for guests.
• Upsell services and clearly educate guests about resort offerings.
