The Dunlin, Auberge Collection, on Johns Island near Kiawah River, seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests with warmth and precision. You will manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and deliver concierge-level service that elevates every stay.

With 1 year in a similar luxury role and excellent English communication, you will collaborate across teams to maintain data accuracy, process payments, and uphold the brand's refined standards in a boutique coastal setting.

Formación

• 1 year experience in hospitality front desk or similar role.
• English communication required, both spoken and written.
• Experience in luxury environment is preferred.

Our Front Desk Agents orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures, anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and transform simple requests into memorable moments. With polished professionalism and heartfelt gestures, they ensure every guest’s stay feels like a perfectly curated escape.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge‑level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
• Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality

Pay $19 / hour

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in same or similar role.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail .
• Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.
• Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
