The Dunlin, Auberge Collection on Johns Island, SC, is seeking an Expeditor to ensure the swift and precise delivery of orders from kitchen to table, delivering a flawless dining experience.

You will coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, confirm order accuracy and timing, assist servers, and maintain a tidy expediting area while upholding safety standards.

This luxury coastal resort requires weekend/holiday availability and values guest-service experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, in a luxury setting, is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth delivery of orders from kitchen to tables by expediting.
• Communicate in the kitchen between front-of-house and back-of-house, calling out orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate, on time, and properly prioritized.
• Finish dishes with garnishes and clean presentation.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and guests promptly.
• Maintain tidy expediting area and outlets, and keep them stocked.
• Ensure food safety standards and proper temperatures.
• Check in with guests upon delivery to ensure satisfaction.
