Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Front Desk Agent who welcomes guests with warmth and professionalism, checks them in/out, and handles requests with precision. You will support the front office team across shifts while upholding the luxury service standards our guests expect.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying room types and rates, handling payments, and assisting with queries about hotel services and local areas. A positive, guest-centric attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year hotel experience in a luxury hotel.
• Written, spoken and reading proficiency in English.
• Fluency in a language other than English strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer knowledge.
• Knowledgeable of Miami areas.
• We are hiring multiple shifts, one requires 2 Overnights and 3 day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Ensures guest is assigned requested room type and correct rate; assists with luggage and keys.
• Checks out guest at end of stay and processes payment.
• Maintains balanced bank and reconciles transactions at shift close.
• Handles guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolves complaints and assists with inquiries.
• Uses computer systems to check guests in/out, run daily reports, and manage room blocks.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Answer guest calls and direct them in the absence of Reservations staff.
