The role includes seamless registration and cashiering services, handling guest requests, and follow-up on inquiries to ensure a flawless experience.

Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Qualifications

• The person we seek must have excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, and good problem solving ability.
• The individual will be fluent in reading, writing and spoken English language skills.
• Previous front office experience is preferred and a flexible schedule is a must.
• Prior New York experience is preferred.
• Additional plus: prior experience with Opera and Micros computer systems.

Responsibilities

• The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests.
• The individual must be able to handle various guest requests, inquiries, and issues, and be responsible for the follow up of such circumstances.
