Job summary

Flexjet seeks a Front Desk Concierge to welcome diverse clients at our Global Headquarters with outstanding service and professional etiquette. You will manage calls, scheduling for conference rooms, and assist senior leaders while coordinating events and travel for attendees.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and written skills, an AA degree or equivalent, and 2-3 years in a high-end customer service setting. This is an on-site position with a focus on luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent not required but preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them to appropriate contacts in a professional, luxury-focused manner.
• Answer high-volume calls and manage on-site conference room schedules.
• Provide admin support and assist C-level executives as needed.
• Coordinate events, secure spaces, vendors, and travel for attendees.
• Manage building access and issue employee badges; handle mail and catering logistics.
• Maintain a high standard of etiquette and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
