Qualifications

• High school graduation is required.
• Experience in a customer service environment; hospitality preferred.
• Basic math calculations with minimal errors.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service during every interaction to develop relationships.
• Greet clientele and crew in a friendly, professional manner with ongoing assistance.
• Check in and register clientele, determine needs, follow up.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve conflicts and advocate for owners.
• Maintain a pleasant, clean work environment and guest waiting areas.
• Inspect facilities and replenish amenities and beverages as needed.
• Participate in customer appreciation and promotional events.
• Coordinate services between crew members and line service personnel.
• Transport crews and passengers to hotels or airport terminals when needed.
• Initiate emergency response procedures when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
