Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at arrival and check-in/out.
• Provide hotel and area information and coordinate guest requests.
• Review arrivals for notes and discrepancies; pre-register and prepare key packs.
• Assist with reservations, cashier duties, and reports; balance cash at shift end.
• Monitor accounts and room inventory; communicate with Rooms and other departments.
