Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a friendly front desk associate to deliver gracious service at our premier luxury property. You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with requests in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate effectively in English, input information using our computer system, and maintain a welcoming, polished presence on every shift. Full-time, hourly position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Check guests into and out of their rooms, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Input and retrieve information from computer system to communicate guest requests and assign rooms.
• Effectively deal with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Respond to guest requests and questions regarding area or hotel services; report issues to management.
• Promptly answer the phone in a professional and clear manner.
