• Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
• Build guest relationships by recommending personalized services and retail products to enhance the spa experience and support revenue goals.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
