Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Must multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, service-oriented manner.
• Handle check-ins, checkouts, room assignments, and reservations inquiries.
• Provide guests with hotel services information, dining outlets, transportation, activities, and attractions.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payments per policy.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and guest requests while maximizing revenue.
• Maintain occupancy knowledge and daily operational changes.
• Utilize the property management system and hotel systems efficiently.
• Complete shift checklists, reports, and end-of-shift balancing.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Valet, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and service requests.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment.
• Assist with safe deposit boxes and security-related services as needed.
