Job summary

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the daily operation of the Front Office with a guest-first approach. You will assist in overseeing Front Desk activities, guest relations, and training to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue in a luxury mountain destination.

You will lead teams, handle reservations and VIP requests, and stay aligned with Viceroy standards while delivering memorable experiences in Sun Valley’s premier setting.

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience required.
• Supervisory experience required. Labor experience and OPERA experiences preferred.
• Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk operations and guest service initiatives.
• Train and develop guest services agents and maintain guest relations.
• Respond to social media feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist and often lead guest service training within the front office.
• Manage daily in/out operations, reservations, VIP requests and up-selling.
