Ideal candidates have 2+ years in front desk or guest services, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset; familiarity with Santa Monica area is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years front desk or guest services experience in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
• Share knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
• Verify reservations, billing details, and payment methods.
• Assign rooms and manage inventory according to hotel standards.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Assist with creating and modifying reservations.
• Promote room upgrades and hotel services when appropriate.
• Coordinate dining, transportation, and local experiences.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, bell services, and other departments.
• Manage guest communications, calls, packages, and special requests.
• Follow all cash handling, privacy, and operational procedures.
• Support daily balancing and additional front office tasks as needed.
