Hotel Oceana Santa Monica is seeking a proactive Bellman & Valet to create a seamless luxury guest experience from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, park vehicles, and provide local recommendations in a fast-paced coastal setting.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or valet experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to maintain the highest service standards in a premier boutique hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, valet, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate guest vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with guest-first mindset.
• Knowledge of the Santa Monica/Los Angeles area preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and orient amenities.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Maintain valet records and secure keys.
• Provide recommendations on local attractions and transportation.
• Coordinate taxis and rideshare requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrance, lobby, and valet areas.
• Support front desk and other departments for seamless service.
• Handle guests' belongings with care.
