Job summary

Fairmont Breakers, Long Beach, seeks a Senior Hotel Operations Director to lead all hotel departments including Rooms, F&B, Spa and Security. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive financial performance, guest satisfaction and a culture of engagement across the property.

You will mentor department heads, ensure brand standards and compliance, and partner on budgets and annual plans. This role requires onsite work and weekend/holiday coverage to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Senior hotel leadership experience required.
• Ability to drive financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and engage teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a 185-room hotel across Rooms, F&B, Spa and Security.
• Lead departments to hit financial and operational targets with a positive culture.
• Support the General Manager in overall management and strategy.
• Mentor department heads and promote engagement and inclusion.
• Ensure monthly outlooks, budgets and capital plans are on track.
• Maintain brand standards and compliance with policies and safety.
• Participate in meetings and support Service Excellence and Sustainability initiatives.
• Work onsite with weekends/holidays as required.
